Do you come to me? 

Yes, I can come to your house or workplace as long as there is access to power and water. 

How do you take payment? 

I can take direct bank transfer, card payments or cash. I use Square card payment system so for the odd times that I do not have phone reception I can provide an invoice which can be paid using a bank account number for direct transfer, afterpay or a debit/credit card  


Can you provide a tax invoice? 

Yes, I can email or text a copy of the invoice once paid or email/text a quote to be submitted if required. All invoices/quotes will have the ABN and GST information needed to claim the detail through your business.


How much does it cost for 2 headlights?

The service of $55 listed for headlight restoration is for both headlights cleaned and polished then a sealant applied that on average lasts for 12 months.


What happens if it rains on the day I'm due to get my detail? 

Most of the time the detail can still go ahead if the weather is bad. If it rains and you are booked to get a detail at your house and you have an undercover area Dave will wash the car in the rain and then detail the interior inside your shed/garage/carport etc. If you do not have an area Dave can use the booking will be rescheduled for a day that (hopefully) will have better weather. 


How far do you go? 

I'm based in Numurkah. My regular service area includes up to 50kms from Numurkah. Any areas outside of these will incur a travel fee of $50 unless otherwise agreed

 

Can I book/enquire with a text or Facebook messenger? 

Yes, texting or messaging is the preferred method of enquiring or booking as Dave is usually busily detailing a car during business hours and can reply to text or messages in between tasks while he is working.
